for Marjan van Aubel Studio
Solar Pavilion is a public installation exploring the integration of solar technology into architecture and public space. Presented during Dutch Design Week 2022, the pavilion combines coloured photovoltaic panels, light, and structure to create a functional solar canopy.
Developed by V8 Architects together with Marjan van Aubel Studio, the pavilion harvests solar energy during the day and uses it to power the installation after sunset.
For this project, I designed the roof pattern and colour composition using photovoltaic panels by Kameleon Solar. I worked on the arrangement, rhythm, and visual composition of the coloured solar panels within the architectural structure.
